Want to know how it works?

Image Works Online Invoice Payment is easy and automatic. When customers receive their Invoice by email, they simply:

1. Receives the e-mail, and reviews the invoice.
   
2. To pay online, the customer simply clicks on the link in the e-mail. This opens a payment form containing the invoice andthe amount due.
   
3. To pay by credit card, the customer opens the credit card authorization form, enters their information and sends the payment. They will receive an online payment confirmation.
   
4. Once the payment has been confirmed, Image Works will process your order.

What data is stored online with Image Works Online InvoicePayment?

The e-mail and attached invoice forwarded to the customer may be stored on the e-mail server provided by the customer's Internet Service Provider until the customer downloads the message and attachment. Payment information is provided by the customer on a secure site and transmitted directly to a secure server.

Is the customers' credit card information stored online?

No, credit card information is only transmitted online via a secure connection from the customer to the payment server hosted by PAYPAL. This information is encrypted and stored only on secure servers and is never available through an unsecure Internet connection.
